I signed up for one of Lucy's 6 week sessions based upon a friend's recommendation. At the end of the six weeks, I had lost 14 pounds and 23 inches. That was a BIG accomplishment. I still had a good deal of weight to lose; so, I decided to sign up for three more sessions.

In addition to losing weight, I learned how to eat by following the diet plan Lucy gives. I have two young children and I am on my way to being able to go outside and actually participate in activities with them. I am excited that I have this opportunity to lose weight and get into shape. Lucy does a great job motivating you to do your best!

I separated from the Air Force 10 years ago and have since had three children. I went from working out at the gym every day in the Air Force to running around chasing kids and being too exhausted to work out as a mom. I knew I needed someone to motivate me to get back in shape. Lucy did a great job showing me new ways to tone and build strength as well as giving me a work out plan that I can do at home and best of all, without having to go to the gym!

I have already seen a huge improvement in my energy level. She is also great at working around your schedule and helping each client with their individual needs. Overall, it was an outstanding experience!

To anyone wanting to see results quickly, join Lucy's class.

I have always HATED to exercise. My Sister comments that I am "allergic" to exercise. I saw results within the first week. My pants were looser!!! I was so motivated. I have never been in a class where results came so fast. I had a trainer 6 months prior to Lucy and barely saw any change in my body.

I recommend this class to anyone serious about a change and w/ quick results.

Lucy is fun and you have to love her cute accent. She looks innocent but can whip you into shape.

I recommend her class and her as a trainer to anyone who is serious about getting in shape.

I have struggled with my weight all of my life. And then had 2 babies back to back, where I gained way too many pounds during pregnancy. After my second was born I realized that I needed to do something or I would never be able to keep up with my children as they grow or even play on the floor well with them. So I joined Lucy's boot camp. Lucy's camp turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life for 
 me. In the 6 weeks I worked out with her I lost 15 lbs and 17 total inches but the best part was proving that I could do it to myself. I am significantly overweight but she helped me to work at my level and to improve in all areas. She pushed me to do what I could without embarrassing me about the fact that I sometimes just could not keep up with everyone else. I started the class lagging significantly behind everyone and could not run at all. I ended the class being able to run short distances with the class and keeping up with them by power walking behind them when I could not run. I still have a way to go to my goal, but I truly feel that without Lucy's class I would not even have started trying. She showed me that I COULD do it and that I need to take it one small goal at a time. I recommend her class and her as a trainer to anyone who is serious about getting in shape. For anyone considering Lucy as a personal trainer, I give her my highest recommendation.

As a former multi-sport athlete and college tennis player, I never envisioned myself becoming a couch potato and gaining so much weight upon hitting my 50's. After 4 months exercising with Lucy and my group, I've consistently lost weight on a weekly basis. My results were nearly 40 pounds and over 26.5 inches lost. Lucy makes it fun, interesting and challenging to compete with yourself in a group setting that offers support and encouragement while seeing immediate, noticeable results. Having played many sports under the guidance of numerous coaches, Lucy's training techniques and expertise were exactly what I needed and wanted to get me back into condition. Working out with mostly women was a bonus! My blood pressure and cholesterol levels are down dramatically! My goal is to get into shape to begin playing tennis again. Since I have enjoyed exercising so much, we have formed a group in Lucy's absence and continued to work out using her program and model. The cost of the program is very reasonable and its value in improving your health is priceless.

This is the smallest I have ever been..EVER!!!!

I have always been athletically inclined, yet also been "not small" my whole life. I have unsuccessfully tried everything to lose inches. I had another personal trainer and was starting to see some pounds come off, but I seemed to hit a wall. Then I was referred to Lucy...the rest is history.
When I started working out I was a size 14 and around 180lbs. Lucy set a goal for me at 125lbs. I thought then that she had lost her mind. At the beginning the workouts were tough and I will not lie, the only thing that kept me going were the results I saw when my clothes were looser.
At the end of the year, I was at my goal weight that she had set for me and could fit into a size 4. That was almost a year ago and I have worked out with Lucy off and on since then to maintain my weight. This has not been easy, yet I am happy to say that I am still in a size 4 and working hard to stay that way.
