Farewell Montgomery
I started the Weight Loss & Fitness Boot Camps in Montgomery Alabama Jan 08. I loved the 3 years that I lived there. The Southern people are so welcoming and friendly and I will truly miss Y'all. I had a hard time making out the southern accent to start with and they had an even harder time with mine but we made it!!
Come 2009 I was not the only one with the different accent a group of internationals joined the Boot Camps, we had ladies from Australia, Canada, France, Israel, England, Estonia, that's when it was not only an accent it was a language barrier in some cases but we got through it with great results & what fun we had!!!
I have enjoyed training people in Alabama the Boot Camps became more like a family everyone supporting each other in their fitness & weight loss journey.
The hard work and pain paid off as we had some great results and I watched you all grow and become leaner, fitter & stronger. We also had fun along the way with laughs that don't come when your in a gym alone.
Anyone who has trained with myself knows that I have passion for what I do it's not just a job to me, I love to hear your sucess strories whether it's you manage to run in a race or bought the next pant size down this is what make me love what I do.
I am training many of you online now & believe that you are going to continue to reach or maintain your goals.
Please keep in-touch everyone even if your not currently doing Online training with me, I would love to hear how your doing.
I hope to return to Alabama in 3 years time for those of you who are still there we need to have a Boot Camp reunion.
