Consultation with Lucy who is a Certified Personal Trainer, with over 11yrs experience

Assessment to record each class member's Weight, Body Measurements, Body Fat and fitness before and after 6 week class

Customized Diet Programs

1 hour training session 3x a week

Weekly weight checks

Access to online forum to support each other through weight loss/fitness journey where Lucy will log on each day to provide support & encouragement
AFTER THE 6 WEEK CLASS MEMBERS SHOULD EXPECT

Cost All Boot Camps work out as $10 per training session, they also include all assessments, diets plans and all the support you need to reach your weight loss goal!
