As a mother of two, I understand the struggles of being able to work out; time, childcare, energy, not to mention the motivation to do it alone!

Your health and fitness is as important to your children as it is to you. You need to be fit and healthy to be able to keep up with their pace and be an inspiration to them.

Make the time and once you do, I'll help with the rest!

I can train you in your home, where we can schedule appointments during nap times or set out activities to keep children occupied for the hour or let them participate in the workout. I could also arrange to meet you at a park, where children can play while you have a great workout. ( it's amazing how functional the equipment at the park can become!)

 Turn your play date into a training session, use the buddy training and workout together while your children play!
